Understanding

Trees can have very different meanings.

Let me share with you some important information about trees. A tree is a perennial woody plant.   A tree is known as a woody plant with many secondary branches.  According to Wikipedia, trees are very much like people. Trees can withstand massive amounts of many different types of damage and survive but small amounts of certain type of damage can be fatal.  Trees last up to decades and longer.  There are an estimated 100,000 different species of trees.

Just a little tidbit of knowledge about one of the most beautiful creations on earth.

First I would like to apologize about not posting in a while. I went out of town and was dealing with some personal issues. Thank you for your understanding.
This is one of the trees that I found on my travels.  For some reason I love the trees that haven't blossomed. The trees that look like they have been battling the winter and fought the good fight. Just like the tree, I feel like I have been battling winter during a real bad storm.  Sometimes it is the little signs GOD shows you along your journey that help you the most.

A Thought

If these trees could speak, what would they say to you?  Would they say how beautiful the sky has been over the years?  Would they tell about the people he has seen throughout their life?  Or would they tell you about the accidents he has seen and how reckless and cruel people can be?  No I believe these trees would tell that despite the fact that people can be cruel people are good at heart.  Yes we are capable of evil but I think this picture is telling us that there is good in this world.  There is beauty in this world.  GOD shows us just that by showing the beauty of nature.

I take pictures because I love capturing beautiful moments and sharing them with others.  I encourage you to take a camera...take your phone...and take a picture of something you believe to beautiful.  It can be anything.  Share it. I believe by doing this you will start to see the beauty in things you didn't see before.  It is all around us.

Symbolism

Yesterday my friend Jenn and I dropped off a vehicle at the airport for our friend Sandra to come in.  Well on the way there it started to rain.  All I could notice, minus the rain, was the way the trees stood out and how much presence they have. Trees for me symbolize strength and patience.

I think it all started when I was younger.  I was a nerd. I never went outside because my mind was either on homework or reading a book. I loved photography and I loved nature. So I mixed the two.  I saw trees as a safe haven when you are outside.  I fell in love with trees because it gave me a place to escape to if I needed to.   I was very introverted and I found everything to have a meaning.

Trees tell a story.  They tell many stories.  If you have seen the picture in my earlier post, that true will have many memories of many different types of people.

To the stump to the fruit that sprouts on the branches symbolizes life and death.  Trees can tell people's lives for them.

Laheina

This is a tree in Laheina, Hawaii.  Many locals and tourists shop, dine, and enjoy the scenery of this magical tree.  There is also the breathtaking views of the ocean.  This tree not only embodies strength and wisdom but in my opinion, holds the memories of the people that have visited.  This tree holds dear memories for everyone who has seen it and will always be rememberd for that.
